Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of this website and any services we provide.

Last updated 24 October 2026

Acceptance

By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Ravi's Solutions Inc..

Services and written agreements

This website describes our services in general terms. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver. Any work we do is governed by a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work or master services agreement — and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails for the work it covers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use this site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or connected systems;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details from the site;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

Intellectual property

The content, design, graphics and code of this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit them commercially without our written permission.

Ownership of anything we create under a client engagement — including deliverables, and any licence to our pre-existing tools and frameworks — is set out in that engagement's agreement, not here.

AI-assisted outputs

Systems we build may generate text, summaries, classifications or recommendations using machine learning models. Such outputs can be incomplete or incorrect, and they are not a substitute for professional judgement. Where a decision carries legal, financial, medical or safety consequences, it should be reviewed by a qualified person before being acted on.

Third-party links and services

This site may link to third-party websites, and our services may integrate third-party platforms. We do not control those and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability under a client engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement, which may set a different cap.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of that province have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

TODO_COPY — confirm the governing province with counsel. It should match the province of incorporation and the one used in client agreements.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, last updated on 24 October 2026. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

How to reach us

Questions about these terms can go to our privacy and trust contact at hello@ravisolutions.ai, or by phone at +1 289-992-4445. We aim to acknowledge every enquiry within five business days.

TODO_COPY — add the registered postal address. CASL requires a valid mailing address in commercial messages, and PIPEDA expects a named, reachable accountable person.

Still have questions?

Talk to us about how this applies to your project. We answer security and privacy questionnaires as part of procurement.
