Cookie Policy
What cookies are, what this website actually uses, and how to control them.

What this site uses today
This website does not set analytics, advertising, profiling or social media cookies. It does not load third-party trackers, and it does not use browser storage to follow you between visits.
We publish this because a cookie policy describing banners and tracking that a site does not actually run is worse than none at all. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live, and we will ask for your consent where consent is required.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store. Similar technologies — local storage, pixels, SDKs — do comparable things. They can be set by the site you are visiting (first-party) or by another organisation whose content the page loads (third-party), and they can last for a single session or persist for a set period.
Categories
- Strictly necessary
- Required for the site to function — security, load balancing, remembering form state. These do not require consent because the service cannot be delivered without them.
- Functional
- Remember preferences such as language or region. Useful, but the site works without them.
- Performance and analytics
- Measure how a site is used so it can be improved. Under PIPEDA, meaningful consent is expected before these are set.
- Advertising and targeting
- Build a profile of interests to show relevant advertising, usually across multiple sites. These always require consent.
Consent
Canadian privacy law requires meaningful consent for the collection and use of personal information, including information gathered by tracking technologies. Consent must be informed, and it must be as easy to withdraw as it was to give. Because this site currently uses no such technologies, there is nothing for you to consent to or withdraw.
Controlling cookies
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies or clear site data entirely. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of a site working. Browser help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all document the relevant settings.
Most browsers also send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. Since we do not track visitors, there is no tracking for these signals to switch off.
Changes
This policy was last updated on 24 October 2026. If we introduce cookies or similar technologies, we will update this page and, where required, obtain consent before setting them.
How to reach us
Questions about cookies can go to our privacy and trust contact at hello@ravisolutions.ai, or by phone at +1 289-992-4445. We aim to acknowledge every enquiry within five business days.
TODO_COPY — add the registered postal address. CASL requires a valid mailing address in commercial messages, and PIPEDA expects a named, reachable accountable person.
Still have questions?
Talk to us about how this applies to your project. We answer security and privacy questionnaires as part of procurement.
