Accessibility

Our commitment to making this website and the systems we build usable by everyone.

Our commitment

We work to meet Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 — the standard that the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and the Accessible Canada Act both point toward. Accessibility is treated as part of building something properly, not as a later pass.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML and landmark structure, so screen readers and keyboard navigation work with the page rather than against it.
  • Every interactive element reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Text contrast checked against WCAG AA ratios.
  • Meaningful alternative text on images that carry information, and empty alt text on decoration.
  • Motion and animation suppressed for visitors whose system requests reduced motion.
  • Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320px, and that tolerate text resized to 200%.

Known limitations

We publish what we know is imperfect rather than claiming full conformance. Accessibility is assessed on an ongoing basis and this list is updated as issues are found and fixed.

TODO_COPY — record the date of the most recent accessibility audit, who carried it out, and any outstanding issues with target fix dates. An accessibility statement without this is incomplete.

Third-party content

Some content or functionality may come from third parties whose accessibility we do not control. Where we find a barrier in such content, we raise it with the provider and look for an accessible alternative.

Feedback and alternate formats

If you encounter a barrier on this site, or need information from it in another format — large print, plain text, or read aloud over the phone — contact us at hello@ravisolutions.ai or +1 289-992-4445. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will respond and arrange an accessible alternative at no cost.

Accessibility feedback is treated as a defect report, not a complaint. We would rather hear about it.

How to reach us

Questions about accessibility can go to our privacy and trust contact at hello@ravisolutions.ai, or by phone at +1 289-992-4445. We aim to acknowledge every enquiry within five business days.

TODO_COPY — add the registered postal address. CASL requires a valid mailing address in commercial messages, and PIPEDA expects a named, reachable accountable person.

Still have questions?

Talk to us about how this applies to your project. We answer security and privacy questionnaires as part of procurement.
